Hello was wondering about law offers for universities and typically how long universities take to give offers I applied to UCL, Oxford, Birmingham, Nottingham and Warwick I have received offers from Nottingham and Birmingham very quickly and am happy with them. However, now it’s a waiting game for Oxford, UCL and Warwick How long does it typically take these unis to respond or give offers? Thank you 🌸
it really depends on the uni for example KCL pretty much held me in limbo till the last day and especially with the unis you have applied they are bigger and more prestigious unis so there are more applicants so the processing time will take longer for sure.
I would say do not worry about it too much you will definitely get sooner or later.

Which Oxford University college did you apply to I wonder? 😧
One of the less competitive colleges?! 😉 I'm also applying for Law but as a mature student and will choose St. John's College, Oxford but first I must get some A-Level grades.

UCL last year started giving out offers in November but most of them were in February/march. For Oxford, they should receive your LNAT results this Monday and start considering them. Did you get an email from Oxford law faculty specifically telling you they are looking at your documents?

I also need to get a level grades 😅, it is less competitive however I really liked the ‘feel’ of the college when I visited plus the accommodation was decent. What I really wanted was greenery and St Hugh’s is stunning. That’s the main reason why I chose it! ☺️

I did get an email on Friday saying they are looking at my documents. It was slightly scary😅, especially since the LNAT is released today! Thank you for telling me about UCL, I have a feeling some of them may take a while. 😩

Oo, same, I also received mine Friday! It’s totally scary but I can’t wait for interview invites. They technically can invite any time from now since the LNAT is released, but I saw on a spreadsheet that last year most invites came 21st November 🫠😂

That is quite terrifying! Which college did you apply for? And good luck 🤞🏼
