As mentioned, turnitin is check for similarity, not directly plagiarism. This means that it'll pick up common phrases and some really random things.
I just had a really high turnitin score for a 300 word review for a biochemistry module - it had flagged up the title, the names of all the enzymes, and the phrase "a series of chemical reactions". None of the above is plagiarism, so it's highly unlikely your 1% is plagiarism.
Hi I have just uploaded my essay onto turnitin and I got 1% and now I feel like my work isn’t credible? Helpppp
Hi
Please try not to worry, there can be many different reasons for receiving this similarity score. I would speak to your program leader or lecturing team to check your concerns.

Hi,
As others have said this is probably fine. Turnitin is known for being zealous when it comes to highlighting things that could be considered for plagiarism. When handing in generally there's a turnitin number that anything below the lecturer just takes and then anything higher than that number they then look into in more detail.
With turnitin you can click to see where it's highlighted. For me generally, page numbers and numbered bullet points and the "Contents" title all get highlighted and these very obviously aren't plagiarised. That might help ease your concerns!
