Hi, I got an update on the 1st of September, I got a call saying I didn't get it. It sounds like you got accepted! Congrats - what role did you apply for? Thanks!

I applied to the Graduate Stress Engineer role, the call lasted 2 minutes telling me that the position is available, and if I am still interested. I’ve sent a couple of follow up emails and they’ve told me that another team is working on the ‘offer’. Not sure if this relates to the final contract, or if I misheard and didn’t actually get the position haha. Just a waiting game now.

Sounds to me that you got it but they might still be deciding what location to offer you. I remember applying for the exact role - I think it was an entry level and not a grad role though. Congrats again, I am not sure how many people they took in (they did not want to disclose this) but in my AC there were 7 of us in total. Best of luck and maybe try calling them on the same number they called you if they take longer to get back!!

hey guys, i've applied for the 2026 intake engineering and technology grad scheme and have passed the online assessment, so my application is under review at the moment. it just struck me that at no point during the application was I asked to upload my cv. i went back and reviewed the application and didnt see any upload portal for CVs and even created a new account and went through the application process again just to make sure i didnt miss it somehow. isnt it a bit weird?

Nope, that's how Rolls-Royce does it. It screens eligibility based on your answers to the application questions and your game result.
