I'm doing my epq on how the government could improve animal testing but I'm not sure how I could split up what I should talk about and what should be included.

A couple things to think about:
> Introducing what animal testing is, what animals it affects, alternatives to animal testing
> What impact the government could feasibly have on companies that carry out animal testing (laws, regulations etc)
> Alternatives to animal testing and the impact

You'll also want to think about if you're going to do a questionnaire / survey for any first hand research, what you'd ask and how you'd present it within the EPQ
