Have mine today. Did they let you get your examples out without interruption? Feeling very nervous. Worried about supplementary questions too.

Yes they let me tear away at my examples and asked a couple of supplementary questions after each topic. Good thing was they tell you what criteria they are questioning you on before you start. Like, the 1st question will be related to making effective decisions and so on. Good luck!

I asked for my merit position and I’m 6a on the list. Hopefully something comes of it!

I contacted HR Connect just for clarification on what the merit position means. I was 6a. The A denotes the panel you were on and the number is what tranche you’ve been placed in based on your overall score. There are 18 tranches and tranche 1 to 4 have been placed. They are working on tranche 5 now. They wouldn’t tell me how many applicants are in each tranche. If there is 10 positions available, basic maths would suggest 2 per tranche? God knows!

Did anyone get an offer from this competition yet? I’ve been offered an E01 post with DAERA in the environmental crime unit. Got the pre placement letter on Thursday afternoon
