i will pay part of the rent‼️‼️

must be enrolled in sheffield hallam university

accomodation has spar shop infront of it
aldi shop is 3 min away
less than 15 min away from both city and collegiate campus
train station 15 min away

3/4 bed, wardrobe, storage places under bed, desk, wifi included , flat screen TV
kettle, toaster, microwave, iron & ironing board, vaccum cleaner all able to be used.
