Will switching to a Maths and Physics degree harm career prospects?

Good Evening everyone,

I am a first year Physics and Astronomy student at Durham University and am enjoying my course a lot, and have found the maths modules especially to be my strongest. However, there is not nearly as much maths in my second - fourth years and would like to switch to a degree in Mathematics and Physics which has more of a balance. Will doing so harm career prospects come 2028, or is it a worthy trade for a more enjoyable and higher-achieving university experience?
Thank you
