How do I structure an essay paragraph without overcomplicating the question

It's simple...you must begin with a topic sentence, then evidence (citation), analysis, and concussion for each paragraph

For introductions specifically, I was taught the upside down triangle method. Basically, you start with the big picture of whatever theme you're talking about. For example if the question was about presentation of female characters you could say 'Throughout literature, women have often been presented as having little agency..' or something. Then, you state through which characters/themes/events that idea is presented in the text, and then end with a concise summary of the main points of your essay (i'd use one sentence) idk if this helps.
