Edinburgh WES form

I have received my WES form from edinburgh. in the form. In the form it asks for a "contact name". Is this meant to be someone who will provide you a reference? or can it just be the practise name or left blank? The contact information (tel and email) i was using were just that of the practise/organisation but now im wondering if its meant to be for a specific person? are they strict about it?

are u a scottish resident, im from england and applied for edinburgh and havent received anything. Also contact name might just be the name of admin or the one who gave you the work experience

Hello! For me, I added the contact number and email of the person at the organisation I was liaising with if the info was available. If not, I just gave the organisation's general email

The work experience form is in the uni's website! You can just fill in it and they will send a word document version of your completed response via email instantly

The uni should have sent out a confirmation email after your application and they included instructions on how to submit the work experience form on the applicant portal (and how to access the portal)
