Persistant Headaches - Worse in the morning.

I know posting on an internet forum is not the best idea but I was just looking to see if anyone can explain why I've had really bad headaches constantly for about a week now but have got worse of the past few days.

They are worse of a morning, and the past few nights I haven't been able to sleep well because of it, and Paracetamol doesn't seem to make any difference, although they aren't usually as painful by the end of the day.

Erm, they seem to be in one specific spot if that makes any difference?

Any idea what it could be, and what I would be best doing because I really need my sleep and the pain to go.

Thanks.
I have a fair idea what it is, but its best if you go to your doctor.

I would go to your GP for this.
GP alllllll the way he/ her would sort it out for you.

And drink more water, maybe you're dehydrated.

I keep getting the same aswel :frown: but i've had them for a few months now.. on and off.
Are you on the pill?
i'm thinking i get them when i stop and first start taking the pill for the placebo week because i have started to write down every time i have them ( a little headache diary lol)
Also I went to the doctor... and he checked my eyes and felt my head n stuff. At the end of it he just said ' there tension headaches' and that its probably because i'm stressed and missing home! which is probably true!
there just so annoying though, I get really bad ones were my vision just goes all blurry n feel dizzy when i stand up or do anything!

Just this past week, and I seem to have them all day constantly but they are a lot worse in a morning.

Not really before/after period either
:s-smilie:
I have the same, and have done for months. I went to my GP and she said to just take paracetamol when I feel one coming on. Which tbh was no help at all really, so i'm going to someone else this week

Hope you get it sorted out soon, headaches are such a bitch to live with!
cancer I am afraid RIP
probably a migraine
