Cambridge Additional Personal statement Maths

Hello,

Not really sure what I should write on this, i've heard it's usually for people who are applying for courses like land economy etc. But i'm applying for maths, so I dont know if I should bother. and also, could i mention why I applied to Cambridge? and the college i chose?

As you suggest, it's primarily for those applying for a different course at Cambridge than they've applied for elsewhere. If your personal statement already targets Maths, then there's likely no point / need to take advantage of the additional personal statement.

You could mention why Cambridge if you particularly feel like you have something relevant to say about the course but there isn't any expectation of doing so and the Maths course isn't wildly different from those at other universities. I wouldn't bother mentioning why you chose your college.
