HE course or foundation year ?

hey everyone,

i need your help to choose something between an HE course and a foundation year.
I’m an international student and i couldn’t finish high school in my hometown so i don’t have a secondary school diploma or anything so this year i wanted to start studying again, i’m thinking about doing international a levels but i don’t yet if i would do it or no.
then i just heard that there’s something called HE course and foundation year, i’m planning to study economics/business/marketing so i would like to know which one would be more appropriate for me ?
and also btw if you know any online providers for any of these courses please let me know :smile:
