Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Pittodrie Street Student Roost in Aberdeen.
Its in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to Aberdeen University, with bus stops right outside the accommodation. Its a short bus ride to the city centre or a pleasant 20 minute walk.
The rent is £135 a week, with all bills included. The room is en-suit and fully furnished, and exceptionally nice. Its in a safe area, surrounded by other students with a good atmosphere.
