Mental health

I once went to mental health hospital to get CBT done with my parents while i was in my home country. Actually I went to gp and he referred me to mental health hospital when I explained about CBT…since that day each and every member in my family (3 sisters and parents) call me psycho. They always hurt and when I get offended they say you’re a psycho. Is it this bad to go to a psychiatrist??
