Are British students allowed to earn employment in northern Ireland ?

Hi, I've put Queens University of Belfast down as one of my university options, and I was wondering if I would be allowed to get a job if I ended up going there. I'm not native to Northern Ireland; I'm from England. I know they are both in the UK, but I don't know if I must be a full Irish citizen to work there. I'd like the chance to have a part-time job there to help with finances.

Also, does anybody know how to apply for their scholarships?

I'm from England too, and I'm pretty sure we can work anywhere in the UK problem free 😁 I'm also applying to Queen's, so maybe I'll see you if there's an applicant day!

Sweet what are you applying for ?
FWIW you could work in Ireland too - the UK and Ireland have a free movement treaty that pre-dates either country joining the EU https://www.gov.uk/guidance/living-in-ireland "British and Irish citizens can live and work freely in each other’s countries and travel freely between them."
