How did everyone find the admissions test this year  ??

I didn’t get to do mine ☹️ the computers were down and they sent everyone home
There was a load of technical difficulties at my test centre but when it was sorted I found the source rlly interesting but challenging too
Do u think they will penalise us for not covering everything?

i dont think it would be too much of an issue cos it says in most of the past paper mark schemes that because of how long and deep the texts can be they dont expect candidates to pick up on everything

What paras did everyone do?

do you mean like how did we structure it? i did a short intro, P1 on syrian migrants, P2 on the whole eastern civilisations thingy and then P3 on the provenance of the source, then a short conclusion where i summed up everything

Most people haven’t done the HAT due to technical difficulties. Why are you giving out answers?

You do realise you agreed not to disclose any element of the paper you’ve just sat?

You should not be sharing any part of the paper or how you approached it at all!!!
It’s only applicable for today?
Im only assuming that, as you can only sit it today (the outages might change that though). regardless bro should not be talking about it today loads of people still have to sit it

The NDA does not expire the day after the test. It's an enforceable contract and people ought to adhere to it.

I highly doubt they'd chase you up if you discussed answers in a couple days, people do it on here every year

The likelihood of enforcement of an obligation does not render it any less of an obligation. "I think that I can get away with it" is no more an excuse for breaking a contract than it is for, say, drunk driving or shoplifting. A large part of life after school is about making and keeping promises. It's a good habit to get into.
Yeah fairs

I found it pretty challenging and there was a lot of different things to consider and that I missed for sure. tbh I’ve found preparing for this thing has been so difficult, stressful and time consuming so I’m just glad it’s over lol. Best of luck to everyone!

agreed. all i've been thinking about since i finished was everything that was a really good argument i could've included but didn't. At least it's over with now
i'm really worried about how it went. is it just me it felt like this paper was so much harder than all the other past papers? like the question was so specific that i found it difficult to make thematic paragraphs. i also didn't end up writing as much as i usually do because i spent so long trying to figure out what to write (wrote 2 main paras instead of 3 not including the intro, provenance and conclusion). i also feel like my analysis was really surface level and picked up on really obvious stuff instead of 💥 historical imaginativeness and perception 💥. AGH i just feel disappointed in myself bc i did so much better on all my past papers and worked so hard the last few weeks writing an essay every night
