Withdrawal and new application

Hi. So a few weeks back I withdrew from my PGCE course which as you know is classed as both under grad and post.
While the withdrawal change was processing which I know does take time.
I wanted to apply for my doctoral instead so when applying for
Finance as I was in process of withdrawing from pgce I was told to send off paper application form as online would decline it due to withdrawal from previous course not being 100% updated.
When I sent paper application from off for doctoral course I was told I wasn’t eligible for finance due to the withdrawal not being all complete yet.
So my question is when withdrawal has been completed can I just ring up and ask for my paper application to be re reviewed if that makes sense.

Hi it started last week but they are happy to wait for my funding to be approved first before they want a payment from me thankfully.
When I call up and ask for for it to be re checked how long would this take. And 2 days it’s due to be updated on account as withdrew.

Hi then is this approved right after referral.

Hi rang up today and referal is now being processed.
Am I right in thinking the overpayment for the pgce course as it’s maintenance loan won’t affect my doctoral funding as it’s different level.
