Not allowed to join 6th form- advice?

Hi I’ve just started year 12 and all was going fine until my dad’s health took a turn for the worst and he can no longer drive. Because of this I can no longer get to the college I go to. I rang up a different one that my brother goes to and they said they don’t accept people “this late into the academic year” even though its not even been two months. What can I do? Can I do anything? Or am I just cooked. (6th form college btw)

Check if there are available bus or train routes to your current 6thform. I used to commute 1.5 hours both ways. It's just something you have to get used to I'm afraid.
