Urgent Query regarding sitting A levels privately

If I am taking An A level (Further maths) privately along with 3 A Levels at my school, will my university receive my grade for the exam sat privately. This is important as it is a requirement for the course I want to apply to.

It's your unique learner number and should be on your certificates.
