Sorry , I do not understand I mean do I need to apply for PhD first and receive conditional offer then apply for the loan ? Or can I apply with out the offer ?

Sorry I have an other question. In terms of payment of loan, if we get the job based on contract for example for 3 years and we pay back the loan, what will happen if our job contract runs out and we will no longer be able to pay back the loan . Can we stop the payment until we get job again ?
