further mechanics helpp

hiya i just switched for further maths at school its now half term so i need to catch up on the content ive missed and im fine with core pure so far but i really dont understand further mechanics - my school are doing it in such a weird order as my only lesson we did further mechanics 2 year 13 content idk if i should learn as normal maths mechanics first as i was never that good at physics during gcse so i really need to go over basic concepts but i need to make sure i can over everything iv missed in fm cuz there is a test first week back on it and my teacher only comes into school for our lessons and doesn't reply to any emails or anything (a lot of teachers and people that know him say that he just teaches very hard stuff on purpose to demonstrate his knowledge rather than teach us which is annoying ://) im so overwhelmed with the difficulty so any help will be much appreciated!!
