SFE HELP PROOF OF ADDRESS PAST 3 years

I am a Uk nationalMy application got approved but when i checked again online its went beack to processing application. However when I called sfe they said I need to provide evidence of my address for the past 3 years since my parents live abroad. I was on a foundation course in 2021 should | mention that? However I failed that course so I’m m not sure if mentioning that I was enrolled on a foundation course would be relevant? It will prove however why I was here to begin with right? I was a minor at the time so I dont have any tenancy agreements or bank statments so l'm not sure what I could provide to prove that i have been living here for the past three years. I contacted the nhs so that they could provide some information so I could send it as evidence. I'm not sure on what to do. Please help.

Thanks Angela. Also Should i put my sister’s tenancy agreement/ bills as evidence for that time? Also evidence of my nhs record?
