Do I need to add annotations for my UCL and Cambridge initial portfolios?

By that I mean the portfolios you send in before you do the interview. Also, I filled out the My Cambridge application about a week ago, and still haven't heard back asking for a portfolio. Is that normal? Thank you!

Hey, i’m also applying- just sent off my ucl application today. You don’t need annotations for UCL, if you look on youtube there’s a girl who runs through her portfolio for ucl (she got in) with no annotations. If you want to add them you can. I added some but not on every slide. Cambridge however i think you have to, i’m not too sure as im still working on my portfolio for cambridge.
