Transferring from The Open University to a traditional University help.

Hi, I'm nineteen and currently a first-year student at the Open University. I didn’t have the opportunity to complete my GCSEs or A-Levels, but I’m hoping that after finishing my first year of studies, I can use the credits I earn in place of A-Levels to transfer to a traditional university. Has anyone gone through this process before? I’d really appreciate any insight into how it works and what steps I might need to take. Thanks.
It's harder to transfer from another uni to the OU, than it is to transfer from the OU to another uni. The only thing you can do is make enquiries, but don't be shocked if you still need to meet the entry requirements of the other uni. They're not guaranteed to accept OU credits.
