Hi! I’m year 10 and I’m doing the astronomy GCSE this year with Edexcel. Me and my friends take it for the challenge and for a bit of fun as an extra GCSE however now as we are completing mocks and our paper 2 mock coming up we are starting to get worried as we do find it a really difficult subject. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on revision or maybe even nerves for the upcoming test.

Hey, I am in year 10! I am doing astronomy GCSE a year early. I took it as a joke not thinking it was that hard, but about 6 months ago I realised it was all real. I started revising really hard but I just took my mock and I got a 4. I thought I would do much better, so if anyone has any tips on how to really learn astronomy, then please help me out. Thank you xx

GCSE astronomy is actually so hard why are the mark schemes either really specific or vague 😭
Also taking it in year 10 "for fun" at least I have a half term to revise for it
