Relatives wiki page has some offensive stuff in talk

My relative has a wiki page. For the future I would like to know of I can permanently clean it up as in the talk(editing) section there are some offensive comments from a troll.

If the posts are actively harmful, the guidance seems to be yes. However this doesn’t extend to being uncivil or disruptive. More here:

If you don’t have a wiki account, I’d recommend making one and adding a comment with what you propose to do. Then only proceed with removing if no one raises any objections.

No worries. I should note that as a family member you would generally not be allowed to edit the main article - but I have seen plenty of people with a vested interest in the subject raise requests via the talk page. Hence I would use the talk page itself to notify people of what you would like to do, rather than just cracking on with removing the comments straight away.
