Can I get into a Russel group medical school

Ik that for med they look at applicants holistically but I want to know if my GCSEs along with top alevels and a decent ucat will get me into unis like kings imperial , or ucl - I have no other stats than my GCSEs which are 8888887774

The Russell group distinction is meaningless for Med. You could weaken your chances of an offer by aiming for one rather than unis that better match your profile.

With regards to your GCSE's, different unis have different selection methods, so you need to apply selectively when you have a better idea of your overall profile. Have a read of the following thread for a better idea of what to take into account:
