Looking for replacement tenant in birmingham

I'm an exchange student living at Collegiate Bagot St accommodation in Birmingham in a Standard Ensuite room, 174 pw paid in 4 installments. The first one is already paid. The location is near Aston University, as well as Birmingham City University, but there's easy access to the bus route to the University of Birmingham. The tenancy is until July.
