UEA asked for a new medicine personal statement

I applied 4 medicine unis and 1 pharmacy, with my personal statment catered towards medicine, however UEA asked me to send a new personal statement about medicine again - is this a good or bad sign ???

I would ask the uni (both to understand why and also to make sure you change whatever it is they are looking for) You have an opportunity to correct whatever it is they don’t like about your original one, so find out as much as you can and then do your best.

Given that the majority of med applicants will be applying with a PS specifically tailored for med I don’t quite follow UEA’s logic in requesting it to be honest.

Unis typically only do this where they have a niche course which is unlikely to be addressed clearly in a statement used for 5 choices.
