Hello,
It's great to hear that you are interested in being published in a journal and there are definitely lots of opportunities for this. First of all, have you tried talking to your university tutors? They would be the best people to ask about the journals that are open to receiving papers from students and would, I'm sure be able to recommend where to start looking.
There are lots of societies that have their own journals and often run essay writing competitions, so have a look at these. Lots of these societies have online blogs too, where you have the opportunity to write a short piece that doesn't need to be peer reviewed. This can be a good first step to gaining experience of writing about your research for publication and finding out about what the journal is looking for in its longer articles.
