I assume you mean section 1 and section 2 of the TSA, where both sections are only to be taken by those applying for PPE.
From the special edition of the Choosing Oxford newsletter, targeted at for all those taking an Oxford admissions tests.
"Oxford admissions tests do not ordinarily include scheduled breaks unless these have been approved as an access arrangement in advance. During your test, if you need to take a comfort break (to use the bathroom, to get a drink of water or to access medication from your locker), you can alert the Test Administrator by raising your hand. They will put your workstation into unscheduled break mode. Please note that the test timer will not be stopped and will continue to count down. During any such break, you may not access personal belongings such as your mobile phone, notebooks, etc, and you may not leave the test centre building."
From University of Oxford Admissions Tests on the Pearson web site:
"University of Oxford admissions tests do not ordinarily include scheduled breaks. If you have a medical need to take breaks during your test session, you will need to submit a request for pre-approval (along with supporting evidence) before you schedule your appointment. Please note that the test timer is paused for those with approved medical breaks."
That sounds very much like there is no scheduled break between the two sections.
