Contextual offer EPQ: trying to prove result

Just got a conditional offer today to study Geography and Planning at Sheffield. It hasn't been updated on my UCAS portal as Sheffield requires proof that I achieved an A* at EPQ (as a part of my offer conditions), and that I need to upload a 'clear colour scan (or legible photograph) of your final certificate confirming the results awarded.'.

Unfortunately I've just got home to upload said photograph and I've discovered that I don't have the official certificate, only my provisional statement of results, which Sheffield explicitly state will not be accepted as proof.

I don't really know what to do now - I'm planning on talking to my EPQ tutor tommrow to see whether I'm able to get my certificate, although I know from GCSE experience that my school didn't get the certificate until late November/early December.

Has anyone else had to deal with this and, if so, is there a way that I can provide proof of my result through using my provisional statement?

This is the full email, just in case I've interpreted it incorrectly.

Exam Boards don't issue certificates until at least November.
Once your school has these, you can send a copy to Sheffield - they know this and wont expect it any earlier.

Do you know whether I should get the offer through UCAS now, or will I have to wait until after I've submitted the certificate?

You should get the offer through UCAS within a couple of days - and then need to send them the copy of your EPQ certificate when you get it, If you are still confused about this condition, just give the Uni a call to clarify, they won't mind.
