Bank account change

I put the incorrect bank account details on my student finance application and at the stage where they are checking my National insurance number. I've made the necessary changes on my application how long does it take student finance to verify bank details?

Hi meditative-solid,

We don't have a process to verify bank details but you will need to update us at least 4 working days before your payment is due.

Ok thanks, my National insurance validation should have come back today so hopefully my status will be updated tomorrow and payment will then be unblocked. There shouldn't be any delays with payment as long ad everything checks out ok right?

You should receive your maintenance loan payment within 3 working days of your National Insurance number being validated.
