A levels GCSEs sixthform

Can I join sixthform after my resits in November predicted a grade 9 in maths and English but that would mean I’ll start school in January would sixthforms still allow that even if I have the entry requirements (9 in maths 9 in English 4 in lit ) i only did 3 GCSEs but yet I still have the requirement to do A levels ?

Probably not. Most schools in UK will not accept students in January to start A level study. I don't know any schools that would accept someone with only 3 GCSE subjects to do A levels at all (unless they had some other qualification/academic track record from another education system that showed they met the course requirements).
