Am I depressed?

I am not satisfied with my life.
I hate myself for not doing better in my GCSEs and UCAT(exam to enter medical school in the uk) and I’m not currently doing well in my a levels. I can’t apply to any prestigious universities. Many people around me are happy and applying to Oxbridge, London unis etc. (which are my dream unis). I have no motivation to do anything as I think I’ve fallen so far down that there isn’t much of a point to try really hard. I feel embarrassed and want to breakdown every time I hear other people who did well in their tests etc. I don’t really know why I’m typing this rn.
