How do youys feel about the TSA this year compared to the past papers?

I thought I could score over 70, but I found the problem-solving section to be particularly time-consuming, and I didn't manage to finish some questions. Did anyone else have a similar experience?

Was quite hard actually for some of the problem solving questions. Usually I was quite comfortable on time, but lost loads today around question 35-45 and had to guess for the last 2

yeah time was an issue for me too and the problem solving questions towards the end were guesses due to time 😓
The first half of the paper was fine in terms of time. But it became an issue for me towards the end (and I think the problems solving were either rlly easy or very hard, critical thinking was alright overall.) does anyone know any information about the grade boundaries this year e.g. would it be similar to 2023

Same exact thing here. Went smoothly until around question 35 where I was running out of time, had to guess the last 10 and couldn’t leave an answer for the last one

Same don’t worry there was one question “incomplete” in the review but it was submitted before I got to review it(I’m just pretending it didn’t happen to avoid the sense of ridicule)

I skipped and flagged the questions that I couldn’t figure out at first glance, but didn’t have enough time to think them over. (English is not my mother language, so my reading speed is also a problem…) Maybe i can only get 30/50 correct and miss the chance to get into the interview
I agree with the problem solving being more difficult than normal. How did everyone find the essay!

Oh yup same!!! The converted scores will depend on how everyone performed on the paper. Since everyone found it difficult we should pray that scores are higher (for the same raw mark).

Hope 35/50 gets normalized to 70 or above, like in 2020 and 2021. I found that the conversion has become more lenient in recent years, except for 2022 (where 39/50 was needed for 70)
Found this year difficult. Section 1 critical thinking was harder than previous years especially the assumption questions and weakening/strengthening. Problem solving had to guess 4 or 5 .

Essay felt a bit rushed and waffled a lot. How did people find it?

The critical thinking was a bit iffy, but decent. Problem solving was not so great, many I made were educated guesses, but timing was the main factor. Not expecting a very high score, at least I tried. Definitely harder than previous years.
managed my time ok, got to the last two questions with 6 minutes to go, but i have no clue if i got the nets question right, and question 50 was diabolical. if it makes anyone feel better, i spent 4 minutes working it out, and still had to estimate, so guessing it outright probably wasn't too costly. p.s did anyone manage to work 50 out?

honestly, it felt much harder than any of the recent past papers. I also had to guess the last five or so, which is worrying me. I had been scoring about 83 on the practise papers, but I am not sure if I can make 70 on this one.

Same I ran out of time and had to guess the last 5 questions which shook me, after around 35 it got really hard compared to past papers, don't think I'll get an interview sadly
