Classification award at UEL

I graduated from Uel with 68 overall mark! My question is will board give me a first class honor classification because to a friend of mine the uni allready classified him with second class upper 2.1 with an overall of 55.

They haven't give me yet my award classification so I called them and asked them why my award still didn't appear at the board of grades and told me to wait. Then I asked them what honors do I got and they didn't told me on phone and said to wait.

I find out that other unis gives first class honors with an overall grade 67 overall but at uel I haven't find anything about module weighs etc.
