I’m worried that I am not studying any facilitating subjects

I am studying english language, graphic design and photography

How limited are my options as I am not taking any facilitating subjects its too late to change subjects now
Facilitating subjects haven’t been a thing for many years.

You only need to be conscious of Essential and Preferred subjects.

So I can apply to anything bar obviously like medicine , and it wouldn’t matter ?

you can check entry requirements for uni courses you are interested in, and if there’s a subject that’s essential/recommended that you don’t take, it’s best to take up that subject. I don’t think it’s too late to switch one a level subject rn or taking up a fourth, but it’d be a lot of hard work

you usually need at least two science subjects (maths, biology, chem, physics, sometimes psychology and cs accepted) to study medicine.
Many courses (like engineering) have foundation years at uni, for when you don’t have the right a level subjects for the normal course (and u can go onto the normal course after foundation year(s))

No, you still need to meet any subject requirements. However if the degree doesn't require any specific subjects (say, anthropology) then your subjects are perfectly acceptable for the majority of unis.

I don't expect they would require any specific subjects, but if they do it will be clearly stated in the entry requirements for the course.

I suspect work experience in an educational setting would be a bigger factor for course like that?

Look at the 'entry requirements' on Uni websites for the courses you are interested in.

Examples:
BA (Hons) Primary Teaching (QTS) Degree - University of Chichester
Primary Early Years Education with QTS BA (Hons) | Edge Hill
