I graduated from UEL with an overall score of 68%. Will the board give me first class honors or 2.1?
I research other unis policies, and when somebody reaches at least 67 board boosts, there score to 70 and gives them first honors classification. Is anyone graduated with 68 or 69 from UEL, and the board gave them first honors classification?

Unlikely. From their website; 24.2 Where a student is eligible for an Honours degree by passing a valid combination of modules to comprise an award and has gained a minimum of 240 UEL credits at level 5 or level 6 on the current enrolment for the course, including a minimum of 120 UEL credits at level 6, the award classification is determined by calculating:
The credit-weighted arithmetic mean of the best 100 credits at level 6 x 0.8 + The credit-weighted arithmetic mean of the next best 80 credits at levels 5 and/or 6 x 0.2.
And applying the mark obtained as a percentage, with all decimals points rounded up to the nearest whole number, to the following classification:
70% - 100% First Class Honours 60% - 69% Second Class Honours, First Division 50% - 59% Second Class Honours, Second Division 40% - 49% Third Class Honours
