What Universities are good for psychology in England

Im currently studying criminology level 3 diploma, psychology, and english language A-level.

I have my two top choices but i need to know some realistic options. Any recommendations for Undergraduate Psychology courses which are accredited by the BPS?

Preferably Grade entry’s CCB, as these are going to be my safety options. Im from Wales and wouldn’t want to be ages away from south wales.

Hi there! I'm in my third year of Psychology at YSJ!

I'd recommend using the UCAS course search site, search for psychology, and filter the location to South West England, North West England, and West Midlands, and go from there! This'll give you an idea of the Psychology courses near you. Here's some things you might also want to consider to help you narrow down your choices...

1.

As you've already pointed out - the course needs to be BPS accredited.

2.

The modules - different universities may focus slightly more on different areas of psychology (e.g., one may have a biological focus, another may only cover the basics for accreditation).

3.

The assessments - again, different universities will assess you differently. I have a friend, taking psychology at another university where it is 100% exam based, whereas at YSJ its about 40% exam, 60% coursework🤗

Hope this helps! I'll link the course search here for reference😊
