Apply as an international student or home student?

hi guys, I have the UK's passport but I have only been in the UK for 2 years so I will be regard as an international student this year, tho I can defer a year to be a home student.
I am planning to apply for Economics (Cam, LSE, Warwick, st Andrews and Edinburgh ).
Would it be more easier to get an offer as an international student or a home student?
although I know home students have a higher rate but it seems that the requirements for home students are also higher, im so confused.
please give me some advice!!!!
THANKYOU!!!!!!

Universities will look at the information you have provided on your UCAS application, and will email you if they have any questions or need more information from you. Their decision may be based on how long you have been in the UK and not necessarily just how long you have has a British passport. Basic rules outlined here - Understanding your tuition fee status

If they do decide that you are an International fee payer, then it may be worth deferring and taking a gap year so that you can be reclassified as a UK fee payer. - you can't start the course and change fee status halfway through.

I thought the policy changed recently so it’s allowed to change fee status in the middle of the course tho I’m not sure. Btw,if not considering about the fees, is it more easier to get an offer as an int student?

Other than St. Andrews it won’t make any difference.
