URGENT HELP PLEASE (written work for English at Cambridge)

Written work for Cambridge - what is better to submit?

I am going to submit my EPQ extract, but I am stuck between then submitting a mock essay or one I did as class homework. My mock essays are not as strong (20/25) whereas my in-class essays are in the 23-24/25 region. However, I was told by teachers it's better to provide one essay I did over a period of time, and then one in exam conditions. They say that Cambridge doesn't want perfect work. I'm still a bit skeptical about this, as I'm not sure my mocks show my full potential. I'm applying to Newnham if it makes any difference.
Any advice would be appreciated!! Don't attack my grammar in this post I'm writing this while travelling hahaha

Do the one which shows your highest capabilities. You could spend some time editing your essays from homework and expanding from any feedback you have gotten and make it the best it can possibly be. It doesn’t need to be that essay exactly

Hey, I’m also submitting written work for English at Cambridge. Do you know how they want your teacher to mark and comment on the work? Like as text underneath, or digital comments on the word doc??? I’m so confused

I mean I’m a stem student so I don’t think so, writtenvwork just shows your ability to write what did they ask you to submit exactly. Was it just any essay? Was it on a particular topic?

See the thing is they explicitly say that they don't want students to send in perfect essays for Cambridge, and to literally just send essays done during your time at A-level without editing them 😭

I think it's literally just however it was done originally. If your teacher has given digital comment boxes then maybe just copy paste them on to the actual document in the right places (?) But otherwise I don't think it matters too much. My essays are usually printed out by my teachers and then written on, so I'm just taking a photo of them and submitting it. I think they just wanna make sure you're not removing any comments
