They accuse my younger brother of stealing, but he gave him his card and paid back

My father works part time.

My younger brother is doing uni part time while working at an online uni.

While he was unemployed. My dad gave his bank card for a whole year to my brother, which his friends saw and know and took around £3k.

However, my younger brother, has paid him back since then while he had been working and gives my father money.

If someone was to lodge a complaint for stealing, when my dad did give him his bank card with his permission and he will admit it and he has the proof he has paid him back.

What would happen in court?
How did the friends have access to the bank card to be able to obtain £3k? Did they commit fraud, in which case they should be reported; who do you think will make a complaint about stealing?

However, your father could be in trouble with his bank for lending out his card if sharing it is against the Terms and Conditions, even if he gave permission for its use.

Too vague tbh. But I'd expect everyone to be in trouble.
Agree too vague. Who would be reporting this?

- The Dad who breached his banks t&c’s and got his money back
- The son who lost/gave away his dad’s card and ended up out of pocket to the tune of £3k
- The friends who defrauded a mate’s dad for four figures

Seems like everyone would rather forget about it.

The dad gave the card to my younger brother who withdrew money from the card with my father's permission.

My work colleagues lend me their card to get them lunch at work break.

However, my younger brother has paid my father back. He withdrew money and paid him back.

So what's the problem?

The lunch part is fine. Did your father have permission from his bank to lend out his card, especially as it was long-term?

How was this £3k obtained from your father's account by other people?

Who would be making accusations of stealing?

Providing factual answers to these questions would help...

My younger brother withdrew money every week from his card which he gave permission.

The only person who obtained £3k is my younger brother(who has I said withdrew money week from week). However he has paid it back and more.
So again, what’s the problem?

You said "My dad gave his bank card for a whole year to my brother, which his friends saw and know and took around £3k" so there are no friends taking money? It was just your brother using the card?

So where does stealing come into it, other than from your imagination? Has anyone used the word 'stealing' other than you in this thread?
