Moving sixth form (yr12 after October half term)

I really want to move to a sixth form because I’m currently at a college and they don’t offer the greatest teaching for the subjects I picked.
Is it too late to move sixth forms now ?

The exam boards for my current college and sixth form are the same except from chemistry

it probably is but its best to check with your sixth form.
