Is COMPOS foundation worth it?

I didn't get accepted onto COMPOS main this year because it was immensely competitive, would doing COMPOS foundation be less admirable than a compos main applicant because I payed for it?

I can't see any reason why you need to pay for it. As far as I'm aware, the Wednesday webinars are open to everyone and the assignments are available to everyone who chooses to follow along. The tutorials were very helpful, but I found the YouTube webinars more useful for the assignments, so that's more than enough. I'd say do the follow-along option, as opposed to paying for it.
