Is there a kurdish (sorani) community in london? My mum is isolated as she has no family or friends so I was wondering if there was anything out there for this?

Just for some context, I'm a Kurdish Sorani Girl (24) and I was raised in london along with my siblings. We have no family in london/uk and my mum, who grew up in kurdistan and emigrated to the uk in 2005, is isolated with no kurdish friends in london. She is stuck in her old 1980s/90s kurdistan views which is causing a huge divide between us. For example, she doesnt understand why I would want to see friends on one of the weekends.
I am making this post to reach out to any kurdish person (preferably female), so that our parents can be friends. I believe that she will stop being so controlling when she sees that other kurdish parents are not the same way. I also think it will be good for her mental health as she is not part or know of any kurdish communities near us.
