I've got three offers, but, alas they're the bottom three of my Uni choices.
I know i could go throught 'the mad dash', clearing...my course isnt as competative as some (besides, its usually the medics insurance uni so most offers won't be taken up) but i've heard about 'ucas extra'...which i think is a sort of early clearing for better candidates ( I'm predicted ABB).
Is anyone thinking of going through ucas extra or have done before?? Advise, comment or even insult. THANKS!!

For UCAS extra, you need to decline all of your offers. Then you apply to one uni that still has spaces and see if you get an offer. If they reject you, you apply to another, and so on.
It's not really to do with "better candidates", as lots of people who don't get offers will be medics/vets etc who are obviously very good. And then some people will decide to change their course/uni. Also, some people will choose a firm uni of AAA, an insurance of AAB and still go through Clearing when they got ABB!
Extra is just earlier than Clearing, and has a slightly different format.
