Advice for A level psychology topics

Hi. I'm a private candidate appearing for the CAIE A Level Psychology 9990 exam from Pakistan and I'm studying completely on my own.
This is my third attempt at this paper but it's not still not going the way I would want it to mainly because of my serious problem with procrastination. I'm taking all four papers together and I didn't start studying until the very last minute. I know this is a serious problem with me and I can't bring myself to fix it. Anyway, my first two papers were okay enough but Paper 3 was an absolute disaster because I turned in a half blank answer sheet. I completely left out the 6 and 10 markers for both options and the answers I did write for the 4 and 2 markers make very little sense so I'm not getting any marks for this paper.
I now have one week to prepare for Paper 4 and would really appreciate any tips and advice on how to best prepare for it so I can secure 50+ marks because I really really need those marks. I would be truly greatful to any help at all, please. I shall be taking Variant 42 and my chosen topics are Health and Organisational psychology. Thank you in advance. 🙏

use someone else's flashcards or use a software to shorten down the spec/turn it into flashcards. practise every day for a few hours, then blurt everything. if you didn't know, blurting is a revision technique where you 'blurt' [as in scribble/jot down] everything you know about the subject e.g. health/organisational psychology. you then compare to your notes, add in the bits you didn't remember, and reblurt, until you remember everything. then, dedicate at least 1/2 hrs a day doing exam Qs or past papers, including essay planning. also, if you're struggling to understand a concept/theory, watch youtube videos on it. if you only have a week, and you want to secure top marks, you need to go ALL out.

on another note, respect for learning all by yourself ! good luck
