UCAS Personal Statement for Students Re-taking? What Should I do?

Hi everyone, I am a gap year student retaking 2 of my A-Levels and had a quick question on the UCAS Personal Statement Process. I was wondering if I can re-apply this year with the same personal statement as last year (I'm applying to the same universities for the same course) or whether I would have to change it. I saw somewhere online that if you are re-sitting Universities would like you to talk about it in your personal statement ie. how re-applying will strength your application, what you've done in the gap year to enhance learning ect. I'm a bit stumped on what I should do and whether I should change it or not. Please If anyone knows the best course of action lmk! Thank youuuu )

Yes, you can re-use your previous Personal Statement.
No, you don't have to mention your resits, and if any explanation about why you are resitting, then this should be in your reference.
You can absolutely use the same statement. If you’ve done something in the meantime (other than the retakes) that is relevant to the subject you’re applying for and can be added, great, but no problem if not.
