imperial cs subject combinations?

On imperial's website it says recommended subjects are maths, fm, cs and physics. I currently do bio, chem, maths, fm because I wasn't sure at the start of the year if I wanted to do medicine or cs. Would imperial still consider me? I do have related supercurriculars (eg. I did cs50 and have some python and javascript coding projects, I'm taking part in the national cipher challenge).

Yes, they will still consider you. They ask for an A* in maths, and don't require any other subjects, though they prefer further maths. Biology and chemistry are also both listed in the "useful subjects", so I think you'll be fine.
